About New Heights

Founded on faith, fueled by compassion — and built on the healing bond between horse and rider.

Meet the founder

Kelley Hulteen, OTA

Kelley Hulteen founded New Heights Therapeutic Riding in April 2018, driven by a lifelong passion for horses and a professional calling to serve people with disabilities. She earned her Occupational Therapy Assistant degree in 2011 and has since dedicated her practice to the transformative power of equine-assisted therapy.

New Heights achieved 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in 2022, making all donations fully tax-deductible. Kelley holds memberships with the Kansas OTA Association, American OTA Association, and the American Hippotherapy Association (AHA).
